One of the most popular and signature sweets of "Bhai Phoota" is the "Bhai Phoota Sandesh", it is always preferred by the brother in the breakfast platter.

The bengali sandesh literally pronounce it as a (sondesh) in bengal, it is made with proper chena and khowa or mawa.

 

First take fresh chena and make it to knead dough, take sugar according to your taste buds four to to five, green crushed cardamom and khowa.

Take a non stick pan and warm it up then add some ghee and give the crushed cardamom add sugar to the taste buds add lots of khowa and stir it untill it is carmalised in the pan. Take it out of it and take a (sondesh) mould and just give the mixture in it and serve it whens it comes to room temperature.

This one of the most favorite sweets item and innovative thing made with maida (all purpose flour ), khowa, ghee and sugar syrup.

Khaja is a deep fried item made with maida, first knead the maida into a smoot dough with khowa, with a little bit of sugar  make it a round shape ,deep fried in desi ghee and then just give it on the sugar syrup ( iishik-da-chasni).

Kalojaam is one another fasinating sweets or misti that we have in morning breakdast of our Bhai Phoota session. It is of the most lucious sweets of bengal.

The mixture of chena and khowa mixture balls deep fried in desi ghee and the it dipped in sugar syrap which i personally like to call as ( iish-da-chasni). It might sound quite familure with the gulab jamun but its different from its texture.

It is made up of dry rasogolla and coated with the sandesh (sondesh) with lots of poppy seeds coated outside.

One of the finest sweets that we had through out the year but instead of that we have give it a place on the auspicious say morning sweet platter that is non other than " Komola Bhog".

It non other than similar to yellow rasogolla.
