The dish 'Chicken Chowmein' is a

The
delights of chowmein signify sauteed noodles (fried in low oil and flame),
additionally freely meaning 'singed noodle' in English, chow signifying
'pan-seared' (or sauteed) and mein signifying 'noodles'.
The
steamed chowmein has a gentler surface, while the last option is crisper and

The vegetables for the chicken
chowmein can be buy anytime from the market but the best time is to buy in the
morning, when the fresh vegetables come up in market.
If you are buying chicken sausage or
frozen minced chicken it does not matter when you brought it.
Some Signs of Best Products:-
The vegetables must be green in
colour also to noticed that it doesn't have any external colour in it.
Vegetables we buy that does not
consists of any pours or black spot in that particular.
Do not compromise with the oil.
If possible when you buy the spices
please check the aroma of that particular, i don't think it can be possible
outside India (if it is possible to check the aroma of spices in other
countries, please 'comment' and let me know about it).
Now we are coming to the part of
chicken, if you have any left over chicken in home its the best. Obviously if
you ask me i will prefer the left over things. aren't you doing the same.
Are you buying frozen minced chicken
or chicken sausage then only one thing you have to keep in mind that (i knew it
my viewers are 'risk-averse' in this case) do please boil it twice before
cooking.
